Assistant Cook-in-Charge

As an Assistant Cook-in-Charge your main responsibilities will involve the management of the kitchen, as you will be working alternate days to the Cook-In-Charge. Principle duties will include food preparation and production, health and safety operations as well as washing up and cleaning duties.

Cook-in-Charge

To be successful in the role of Cook-in-Charge you will be responsible for the management of staff and the effective operation of the kitchen. This includes stock control, health and safety as well as staff training. In addition, you will be required to plan and produce meals on site and for Meals on Wheels where necessary. You must be able to communicate in a professional manner, conscientious, have good organisational skills and demonstrate previous catering experience.
