Babergh District Council Car Parks
Suffolk Coastal Services Ltd are hoping to secure a new contract commencing mid-October, therefore we are now looking to recruit two full time Car Park Inspectors. The successful candidates will assist with the management and supervision of Babergh District Council car parks, ensuring where possible that payment and use of the car parks is as prescribed in the Council's Parking Order. You will be required to inspect the car parks, maintain the Pay and Display ticket machines, and issue Charge Notices for parking offences.
You will primarily be based, and required to work within the towns of Hadleigh and Sudbury. You must have a good standard of physical fitness, be self-motivated and be comfortable dealing with the public on potentially sensitive issues.
You must have a flexible attitude to work as some weekend working will be required to ensure the needs of the service are met. A full driving licence is essential.
