Norse to transport Aviva staff

Norse has invested £20k in specialist new equipment to help ensure the cleanliness of the City’s multi-storey car parks.

The company won the 3 year, £100k a year cleaning contract from the city council in April 2010.

The new equipment, the latest technology from leading cleaning equipment manufacturer Karcher are a petrol-driven Ride-on Sweeper for large area cleaning and a compact scrubber/drier which will, according to Mike Carr, Facilities Services Manager at Norse, help the company “achieve and maintain the high standards of cleanliness that the City Council and drivers entering the City expect in the parking areas.”

Carr also says that the two machines are designed for use in busy environments without disturbing the functioning of the areas.
